Honest answers

Does the MCFX robot always win?

No — losses are part of trading and they will occur. The MCFX EA is built to carefully navigate the forex/synthetics market and has been proven to come out profitable across losses over time.

Do you hold my money?

Never. Your funds stay in your Deriv account. The only payment you make to us is the 50% profit share when you renew weekly — via Paystack or bank transfer.

What happens if I have a losing week?

You declare the loss, owe no profit share, and can still renew. The robot keeps trading to recover and grow.

What if I don't renew?

Your subscription expires and the robot is deprovisioned from your account. You can re-subscribe anytime.

Is this financial advice?
